In my last post I mentioned that I had some big news coming up.
Well its safe to now make it official, namely that Chris from https://www.facebook.com/nzexposed
and I https://boneywhitefoot.wordpress.com/
have decided to start a venture together built around photographic workshops in the greater wellington area .

After careful consideration Chris and I came up with a name for our new venture.

Natural Focus Photographic Workshops & Tours

We will be offering single day events at first and weekend workshops in the New Year.

We will be sharing not only our photographic knowledge but also our local knowledge of the bird life, locations and the best times of the year to see specifically targeted birds, as well as the best places to shoot sunsets and sunrises around the greater Wellington area.
We will be writing in our blogs almost weekly touching on photographic techniques and locations and any news that could prove helpful in achieving your photographic goals.

The cost of a day out with is $140.00 a day .
At the moment each workshop maxes out at 4 people which will allow for a lot of one on one .

We ask that should you book a day with us you will send us any information that will help us understand you photographic abilities , your camera models and lenses.
We ask that you study your user’s manual and familiarise yourself with your cameras buttons and switches and most importantly you know how to switch to manual mode and which buttons control the shutter speed and aperture.

Being able to do this will enable us to help you unleash your creative ability and tell the camera what to do instead of letting it dictate the camera settings, the camera does not always know the best settings.

You must bring your own food and drink for the day and we will meet you at a prearranged meeting spot.

We will be using a number of different locations ending up in the best spot for a the grand ending, the sun set. We all ready have July fully booked yet still have a few spots for August so if you want contact us (naturalfocus@nzexposed.co.nz)
We are truly excited to offer these workshops, both Chris and I love meeting new people and sharing our secrets .
So don’t be shy do it , drop us a email and come out with us for a day looking at the wildlife and scenery through the viewfinder of your camera.

You can follow us and our workshops on facebook at http://www.facebook.com/naturalfocusnz and sign up for newsletters and find out more information about or workshops at http://www.nzexposed.co.nz/#!natural-focus/c1cnxBoneywhitefoot-watermark small
